This study explores the implementation of Pancasila values, specifically justice, tolerance, equitable humanity, mutual cooperation, and wise leadership, in the Pancasila Education course at the higher education level to address bullying cases. The research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to deeply understand students' comprehension of Pancasila values in this context. The results indicate that the incorporation of these values in the coursework significantly enhances students' understanding, attitudes, and commitment to preventing and addressing bullying on campus. By involving students in learning activities that include discussions, projects, field practices, awareness campaigns, and reflections, character education grounded in Pancasila can serve as a crucial foundation in shaping students with strong social consciousness, preparing them to face future challenges.
