Journal The Winners is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published biannually in June and December by the Research and Technology Transfer (RTT), BINUS University, in collaboration with the BINUS Business School Master Program, the BINUS Business School Doctoral Program, and the Forum Manajemen Indonesia (FMI). The journal publishes original research that advances knowledge on Digital Transformation in developing countries, encompassing strategic management, organizational studies, leadership, marketing, entrepreneurship and innovation, supply chain management, and business operations.

Journal The Winners is indexed and abstracted in prominent international and national databases, including the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Indonesia OneSearch, Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (BASE), WorldCat, Google Scholar, and Neliti. The journal is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 (SINTA 2), demonstrating its commitment to maintaining rigorous editorial standards and high-quality scholarly publishing.

Journal The Winners applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only to manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review process and have been formally accepted for publication. To foster greater international collaboration and enhance global scholarly engagement, authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia are eligible for a full APC waiver.
