IJVCDC is an open-access journal dedicated to the free and widespread dissemination of scholarly knowledge. To support equitable access to research and uphold ethical publishing standards, IJVCDC does not charge authors Article Processing Charges (APC) at any stage of the publication process.

IJVCDC does not collect any fees for:

  • DOI assignment and indexing

  • Digital archiving and long-term access
