Reviewer's Guidelines
Role and Responsibilities of a Reviewer
Reviewers are essential partners in the scholarly publishing process. Their expertise and judgment help maintain the academic quality and integrity of the journal while fostering a rigorous and supportive environment for authors. The journal values this collaborative relationship and recognizes the important role reviewers play in advancing scholarly communication.
Manuscript Evaluation
Reviewers are assigned manuscripts within their area of expertise and are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback, ideally within 14–30 days of assignment.
Reviews should assess the manuscript’s originality, clarity, methodological soundness, and contribution to the field.
If a review cannot be completed within the allotted timeframe, the editorial team should be notified so the manuscript can be reassigned without delay.
Confidentiality and Ethical Conduct
All manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents and should not be shared or discussed with others.
Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed immediately to ensure an unbiased review process.
Review comments should remain professional, respectful, and focused solely on the scholarly content.
Double-Blind Peer Review Policy
The journal adheres to a double-blind peer review system, where the identities of both reviewers and authors are kept confidential.
Reviewers are expected to respect the integrity of this process and avoid attempting to identify authors or disclosing their own identities.
Defined Scope of Responsibility
The reviewer’s role is limited to the critical evaluation of manuscripts. Tasks such as editorial decisions, communication with authors, and issue planning remain the responsibility of the editorial team.
Recognition and Mutual Contribution
Although the review process is voluntary, the journal greatly values the intellectual contribution of each reviewer.
Reviewers who demonstrate consistent academic rigor and reliability may be formally acknowledged (with consent) and considered for future editorial opportunities or scholarly collaborations.
The collaboration between editors, reviewers, and authors reflects a shared commitment to advancing knowledge and building a respected academic publication
