We at SEEIJ, aspire to select research paper of very high quality in terms of originality, accuracy, validity, reliability, credibility, authority, readability, comprehensibility and relevance to the Journal’s scope and mission which are the outcome of the most recent and original research contributing to the advancement in the existing literature and are very significant in managerial implications. All the papers are selected  through highest quality peer review. To achieve this, the entire peer review and publication process must be thorough, objective, and fair. Almost every aspect of this process involves important ethical principles and decisions, which are rarely explicitly stated and even less often shared with the readership. Journal's reputations depend on the trust of readers, authors, researchers, reviewers, editors and research subjects. This trust is enhanced by describing as explicitly as possible the journal's publication policies to ensure the ethical treatment of all participants in the publication process.

We have following Publications Guidelines.

Authors
Good research should be well justified, well planned, and appropriately designed, so that it can properly address the research question. Paper should publish based on the copyright that constitutes authorship. All authors are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and ethics of the work. Republication of a paper in another language, or simultaneously in multiple journals with different audiences, may be acceptable, provided that there is full and prominent disclosure of its original source at the time of submission of the manuscript.

Review

  • Peer review is fundamental to the scientific publication process and the dissemination of knowledge and information.
  • Peer reviewers should be experts in the specific topic addressed in the articles they review, and should be selected for their objectivity and scientific knowledge.
  • All reviewers should be informed of the publication’s expectations.
  • Reviews will be expected to be professional, honest, courteous, prompt, and constructive.
  • The editors may routinely assess all reviews for quality; they may also edit reviews before sending them to authors.

Editor
Editorial Decisions should be precise. If a published paper is subsequently found to have errors or major flaws, the Editor should take responsibility for promptly correcting the written record in the publication. Quality and other performance characteristics of editors should be periodically assessed.

Plagiarism
Plagiarism is the use of other's published and unpublished ideas or words (or other intellectual property) without attribution or permission, and presenting them as new and original rather than derived from an existing source.  We at SEEIJ,  strongly discourage and against this ruthless act. Article Processing Charges

INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

There is no publication Fee.

Community Empowerment - Bina Nusantara University aims to provide a highly readable and valuable accumulation to the literature which will serve as an indispensable reference tool for years to come and to become an effective medium for inspiration to the innovators and researchers to bring out their contributions in the form of research papers, articles, case studies, review articles and innovations in the fields of Management, engineering, science, Art, and technology.

We launched  Journals with the commitment  to publish significant and fruitful research contributing excellent reading material to interested readers. This objective mainly attained with the Open Access Scheme which allows readers to view, read, download, print, and share any article without any subscription charges.

In this direction, we have designed a systematic process that involves peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, indexing, archiving, and reference linking. It allows  an immediate access to the full text version of the published paper .  This stepwise process, on the other hand, also created space for article processing charges as time and cost are incurred at each stage.

Deployment and Maintenance Cost

As we indulged in indexing services which boost the travel speed of an article from the author(s) to their potential readers, we laid our hands on various technologies and journal indexes, including, Google Scholar, International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR), International Society for Research Activity (ISRA) and a few others. Some of these involve membership fee, deployment of certain technology, upkeep cost, etc.

SEEIJ Journals are self supporting organization and does not receive funding from any institution/government.  Paper Processing Charges majorly comprise of the deployment and maintenance of the Indexing technology that we have embedded.  It also includes the employees salaries, internet services, electricity, editorial costs, electronic composition and production, journal information system, manuscript management system, electronic archiving, overhead expenses, and administrative costs and making published paper available all the time etc.

This replaces subscription charges and allows publishers to make the full-text of every published article freely available to all interested readers.

Another major segment of the article processing and publication cycle is the Reference Linking. This part is better managed through our DOI membership, which allows us to generate (Digital Object Identifier) DOIs for each article published at SEEIJ Journals.

Underneath, we give our terms and details of Processing Charges:

  • There is no Fee for Article submission and peer review of it.
  • Publishing an article in any of the SEEIJ Journals calls for a fairly reasonable Article Processing Charge that would be paid by the  author after acceptance of the article for publication.
  • Processing Charges are levied on authors as the papers undergo a thorough round of blind peer review, editing and formatting before being accepted for publication.

  • The fee charged from the submitting author is used to pay for editors, reviewers and maintaining the technology for  indexing of articles.

It is to be noted that SEEIJ journals do not charge for online publications. You can submit your manuscript to get it published at SEEIJ  journals  absolutely free of cost. However, hard copy or print publication is charged as IDR 150.000 per head. For print publication, authors can submit the processing charges for publication of their articles, upon acceptance, through any of the following payment options
